 The La Grande Apartments offers superb accommodation in Broadbeach. The property is situated adjacent to the golden sandy patrolled beach of Broadbeach. A short stroll takes one to the Oasis shopping complex, Broadbeach Mall, monorail to Jupiters Casino, restaurants and bars, cafes, shops, and public transport.
Amenities includes BBQ area, gymnasium, parking, sauna, spa, swimming pool, undercover parking, security service, washing machine, tour information, facsimile service, linen service, photocopy service, tour desk, laundry service, blankets, clothes dryer, iron and ironing board, and linen is provided.
The hotel offers two and three bedroom apartments which have either a beachfront or a garden view. The room amenities include clock radio, stereo/CD player, cable TV, video cassette player, hairdryer, and telephone. Luxurious, broadbeach holiday accommodation at La Grande is the perfect choice for discerning guests who appreciate the finer things in life. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Schoolies Festival Policy: La Grande does not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period.
For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers during the November - December period of the Schoolies Festival. If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, your booking will be cancelled and NO refund will be given.
Notice: The construction of a new building is taking place on a neighbouring vacant lot on the North/East side of the complex. Some noise disturbance may be experienced - Dec 2010 till Early 2012.
