The Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area boasts over 90 ski lifts and 250 kilometers of slopes (of which 180 can be covered in artificial snow). In the 2005/6 winter season the ski resort was linked with Kitzbuhel to offer even more outstanding skiing. For cross-country skiing fans there are approx. 170-kilometers of groomed tracks and there are plenty of cleared trails for winter walkers.
