In lieu of a $250 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of $5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD $29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more.
