 The Ironwood Townhomes by Resortquest is adjacent to the Steamboat Ski Area gondola and has ski-in access and an easy walk to the Headwall ski run. The renowned La Montana restaurant and the gourmet convenience and liquor store, the Market on the Mountain, are just across the street. For more dining and shopping, Downtown Steamboat Springs is only a ten-minute drive and the winter shuttle drivers are at the beck-and-call to chauffeur guests around the town.
These Tyrolean styled, multi-level townhomes are lavishly decorated and have expansive living and dining area, vaulted ceilings, cathedral windows and exquisite decor. Guests can lounge on the deck and relish in the mountain or valley views, or soak in the two oversized outdoor hot tubs.
The townhomes include vaulted ceilings; fully-equipped, top quality kitchens, washers and dryers, LCD TVs with DVD, VCR, free high-speed Internet. Each townhome also features an oversized master bedroom and bathroom with whirlpool bath, laundry facilities (laundry soap replenished daily), free Internet access (bring your laptop!) and private one-car garage.
The ResortQuest is not a member of the Triple Crown lodging program, is unable to accept any sports team participants, and individuals 23 years of age or younger unaccompanied by their parents or legal guardians are not allowed in these privately owned units. If the number of adults and children exceeds maximum allowed in this unit, if sports team participants, or if individuals age 23 or younger unaccompanied by their parent or legal guardian occupy this unit, it shall be cause for immediate termination of this occupancy without refund. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Minimum age at check-in is 23. If you are checking in between May 1 and December 13, 2010, please check-in at the Torian Plum located at 1855 Ski Time Square Drive.
