Taxies, shuttles and rental car agents are located at the airport. Nearby attractions include Drums of Polynesia Luau Show, Hulihee Palace, Island Breeze Luau, Kona Historical Society, Holualoa Kona Coffee Company, Kahaluu beach park-best for snorkeling just a half of a mile exiting the resort. Magic Sands is approximately a mile from the Kahaluu Beach Park.

Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. The property will be undergoing roof repairs and minor maintenance projects through July 2012. Work will only be done during the day and minimal noise is expected.
