 The Lanta Casuarina Beach Resort, designed in a contemporary Thai style, is located on Phra-Ae Beach, Ko Lanta. Guests will enjoy a fun stay here, savouring Thai and international cuisine in the Ruan Thai restaurant or sipping cocktails from the beach bar while watching the sun set. The beach resort has direct access to 3,000 metres of unspoilt sandy beach and is located just 6 km from the town of Salanda and Salanda pier. There is a speed boat pick-up point right at the beach in front of the resort from where one can take day trips to islands in the vicinity. The resort is 70 km south of Krabi Airport, just 5 minutes' walk from the main road.
Guests have the option of staying in a room in the main building with a view of the well-landscaped garden or the sea, or they can stay in the elegantly decorated villa and beachfront villa. All rooms are en suite and feature shower/bathtub, individually regulated air conditioning, personal safe, satellite TV, international direct dial telephone, fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and minibar. Further amenities include a hairdryer, beach towels, balcony, terrace, double or king-size bed and Internet access.
The resort has a big outdoor swimming pool facing the beach which has direct access to the children's swimming pool. The Thai massage bungalow is open air and faces the white-sand beach. Sun loungers and parasols have been laid out ready for use at the resort as well as on the beach. For an additional fee, guests may enjoy diving, whilst paddle tennis and beach volleyball are other activities available.
A breakfast buffet is available only in the high season. The Ruan Thai restaurant is open all year round. The beach bar is only available in the high season. A la carte lunch and dinner are served at the resort.
Just 70kms south of Krabi airport, 6 kms from Saladan town and Saladan pier. Take less than 5 mins walking to the main road. All transportation can be made at the reception.
The resort has 24-hour security. Check-out time is 11:30 am and check-in is from 2 pm. No on-site currency exchange facilities are provided.
