There are 216 condominiums on five floors. Each guest unit has a separate living room, kitchen (dishwasher, blender, coffeemaker, microwave, stove/oven, and toaster), and bedroom. Ocean and garden views are available, but location is not guaranteed. Standard amenities include air-conditioning, bathroom with shower, one king-size bed, balcony or terrace, queen-size sleeper sofa, television, VCR, and telephone with voicemail.
Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. To check in at this resort, at least one member of the party MUST be 21 years of age. Upon arrival, the resort will require a $250 deposit from the guest for incidentals in the form of a major credit card. Cash and debit cards will not be accepted. Accomodations receive one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 5 nights or more. Daily cleaning may be available at additional cost.
