It is a mere 3-minute ride downtown to Orchard Road, Singapore's shopping paradise, and Clarke Quay, a trendy riverside development with an exciting nightlife featuring a variety of restaurants, bars and riverside dinning. A 5 to 8-minute drive away guests will find Chinatown and Little India. Istana Park can be reached in 3 minutes on foot, and the Singapore National Museum is a 12-minute walk away. This air-conditioned, 10-storey classic building comprises 87 residences, including studios, two and three-bedroom apartments. There is a reception desk in the lobby which provides guests with services, including arranging laundry and dry cleaning (fees apply), childcare services upon request and guest programmes for in-house residents to get to know each other. There is also an exclusive breakfast lounge, a business centre, lift access and a car park. Other services include complimentary WLAN Internet access at the lobby, daily maid service (except Sundays & public holidays), 24-hour maintenance and guest services. There are also security features such as security card access, security guards, and CCTV.
All apartments are fully air-conditioned and feature a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living area. Amenities include cable TV, mini hifi and broadband Internet access. The apartments include an IDD telephone with DID and voicemail facilities, a washer-dryer, an ironing set and tea and coffee making facilities. All apartments feature rooms with built-in wardrobes and individually regulated air conditioning units.
