 The hotel is situated in the centre of Moscow a short drive from the Kremlin and opposite the Disney type statue of Peter the Great.
The hotel is owned by the Russian Government and hosts goverment guests from time to time although this is less frequent now. However the security around the hotel is the tightest of all the hotels in the city which would appear over the top to the visitor with the security guards being very unfriendly and uncooperative. The hotels are medium in size with some of excellent views over Moscow, however the design of the rooms are dated and the hotel internet and telecommunications of the rooms are years behind other four star hotels.
The lobby is large and with a seating area thats leads onto a spacious bar.
2 kms to city centre, 35 kms to the nearest airport (sheremetyevo).
