The staff are very friendly and helpful and there are many local activities and sightseeing options that the staff will be happy to assist with. The main building is low rise lodge type building. The swimming pool, jacuzzi hot tub and gym are adjoining the main building. The rooms are all located off pathways set among the native bushland.

All the rooms are beautifully decorated individually built chalets. Each have their own pathway and balcony. Guests are driven to their rooms by hotel staff in motorised carts. Furnishings are of a high standard and the rooms have the feel of a tropical setting.
The restaurant is in the main building of this hotel and is tastefully decorated for formal and informal dining. The Bar adjoining the restaurant is designed in a lodge style, with large open fire and large sofas and armchairs.
