Hida Takayama Futari Shizuka Hakuun is a traditional Japanese style ryokan in Takayama and is located in Shiroyama Park which is one of the selected 100 forests of Japanese wild birds and at a 10 minute distance by taxi from JR Takayama station. Takayama is located almost in the center of Japan and accessible from Nagoya using an express train or from Kanazawa by express bus. It is one of famous sightseeing cities in Japan for not only Japanese people but also people from all over the world. Takayama Festival will be held in spring and autumn and it is going to be the most crowded city during the festivals. Most sightseeing places like Takayama Jinya with the morning market, Old town streets, Shiroyama Park, Old private houses etc. are in walking distance or a little bit ride of taxi.
