Il Colto is a recently renovated farmhouse with private PARKING. Its estate covers a hectare of land beneath the city walls of San Gimignano. The farmhouse is located just 150 meters from Porta san Giovanni , below Piazza Martiri di Montemaggio. It offers its guests a spectacular and delightful view of try picturesque mediaeval town and the Tuscan contryside , dominated by beautiful olive groves and vineyards. Here you can enjoy the old town without the inconvenience of needing a car to get around, except when wanting to visit the nearby cities. Outside the farmhouse there is a garden and loggia.
