 Residenza delle Citta' has 31 apartments of different measurement all furnished in a warm classical stile with cherry wood interior in a private setting. Each one has a fully equipped kitchenette, free Wi-Fi connection, individual air conditioning and heater system, Sky TV, direct telephone line and buzzer, complete sound proofing, bathroom in pink marble with bathtub or shower, security door and two safety boxes. Each apartment takes advantage of reception and secretary, CCTV cameras, fire alarm and direct telephone line. The cleaning service is on a daily basis from Monday till Friday and, on request, during the week-end, the linen is changed two times in a week.
The reception is open with the following timetable:
Monday-Friday from 8 am to 8 pm;
Saturday from 9 am to 12 am;
Sunday and holiday close.

Residenza delle Citta' is located in the heart of Milan in a strategic position few hundred meters far from the main train station, and three different underground lines. The shopping area of Corso Buenos Aires is walking distance and, thanks to its closeness to the public transports, from the residence is easy to reach all the main point of interest in Milan among which the Duomo Cathedral, the Castel, Piazza della Scala, Via Monte Napoleone and Via della Spiga for the shopping addicted and Leonardo Da Vinci's Last Supper.
