Restaurant Restaurant Blu Blu: Open from April to September. The chef's cooking is totally genuine: you will only find daily fished fish, fresh vegetables of the season and typical ingredients locally produced here in Sicily. The chef is cooking following and modifying (to make them lighter) old Sicilian traditional recipes. A very rich and varied tradition, entwined with Arab, Spanish and French influences, rich in contrasts: from the tasty and healthy popular cooking to the sumptuous culinary art of the aristocracy.
Bar Bar Blu Blu: Open from April to September. The Bar is on the terrace, on the fourth floor, open from 7.30am to 12.30pm. We serve our specialties, like Almond cappuccino and our semifreddi (ice cream made with whipped cream flavoured with almond and pistachio, coffee, hazelnut), cocktails with tangerine and red oranges juice or almond milk. Starting from 7pm every day Aperitif with a buffet where you can taste focacce, arancini, and other Sicilian food.
