Our concept of a guesthouse is to provide the traveller not only with a good night sleep but an experience to remember. We have chosen to focus on creating an interior that opens the senses and enlivens the spirit of young and old alike. The house was worked with joy and an endless sense of magic. It is our observation that life is enriched when our surroundings contain natural materials, as well as making a conscious effort to treat our environment with respect. This has been our focus in the creation of each room. Iceland is fast becoming a destination linked to wellness, largely due to the Blue Lagoon, which we neighbour to. At the 1 x 6, Daniel has created a virtual private garden spa in the shape of an Ocean-stone hot pot. Natural Geothermal water is used to fill this mini-pool, which holds 8 people comfortably.
