In 1943 the Sisters of the Holy Child purchased the property and provided accommodation for girls who came to work and study in Dublin. It has since undergone a complete refurbishment to restore the beauty of its Georgian architecture. In addition to a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service and lift access, facilities available to guests at the air-conditioned 28-room hotel include a breakfast room and car park.
Rooms
In addition to an en suite bathroom with a shower, bathtub and hairdryer, all rooms feature a direct dial telephone and a multi-channel TV, as well as a tea and coffee hospitality tray, garment press and an ironing and ironing board. A central ceiling fan is a further standard feature of all accommodation units.
Meals
Breakfast is a special treat. Apart from the traditional Irish breakfast, guests can sample the speciality omelettes, pancakes and fish dishes. Freshly squeezed fruit juices, copious amounts of fresh fruit, yoghurts and freshly baked breads are order of the day. Due to the abundance of restaurants nearby this accommodation offers a guest service menu available at selected times.
