The Hotel Marjan building is a long low rise one with a central, square shaped tall tower. There are balconies all around the building and it is quite modern looking although getting a bit dated and in need of some renovations. A large sized lobby features a brown wooden effect reception desk and a large central lighting feature in the ceiling.

Most rooms have balconies and are medium in size with all the features expected of this class of hotel, air conditioing, TV, minibar and room service. They are basic and simple but clean.
