The guesthouse is situated in the small resort of Lozica, 3 km west of Dubrovnik and 1 km from the new bridge leading to Dubrovnik. Restaurants, bars, shops and a bus station can be found in Dubrovnik. Dubrovnik Airport is approximately 25 km away and Tivat Airport is approximately 90 km away.
Each villa has its own swimming pool, a comfortable interior with elegant furniture, a magnificent view and a beautiful garden, guaranteeing an unforgettable holiday. Each villa, which can accommodate 12 people, consists of 5 double bedrooms, a single bedroom and 3 en suite bathrooms with showers. There are 2 kitchens and 1 kitchenette, featuring a fridge, a cooker, a microwave, and tea and coffee making facilities. A living/dining room with satellite-TV and a DVD player also features as standard. All accommodation also includes a hairdryer, Internet access, a safe, a washing machine, an ironing set, air conditioning and individually regulated heating. The balcony offers a lovely view of the sea and the surrounding countryside and there is also a terrace.
The villas have 2 private terraces, 1 with an outdoor swimming pool, a gazebo, deckchairs and beach umbrellas and both with wonderful sea views. Guests also enjoy the use of gym equipment, badminton facilities, an outdoor shower and a barbecue hut.
Board is not included but meals are available upon request.
Take the access motorway A1 Zagreb-Split until exit number 25 (Dugopolje). Then take road E65 from Dugopolje to Split-Dubrovnik. At Dubrovnik Harbour, follow the yellow sign to Lozica and Mokosica. After 200 m there is a large car park on the left-hand side and the restaurant Dubrovnik. Stop in front of the restaurant then walk 10 m to the right near the telephone box, then climb the steps and enter the second front door. This is the holiday home where the owner will be waiting with the key.
Guests should contact the guesthouse one day before their arrival date to make arrangements for collecting the key.
