We are situated approx. two miles from the centre of Yeovil in a semi rural area on the Dorchester roadThe house is grade 11 of special and historic interest. Built of local rubble stone mostly rendered, with ham stone dressings circa 1600.Features include Ovolo mould and oak framed mullioned windows with square leaded panes, many with head moulds. The projecting north entrance also has a very old door with small side lights in the returns. Outside at the rear is a large old timber framed Granary Building. Key Farm House provides accommodation with modern facilities whilst retaining its impressive period features; including flagstone and wooden floors, ham stone and cast iron fireplaces and in the east drawing room some fine panelling circa 1700. There are lawned areas around the house which can be enjoyed when the weather permits.
