John and Lynne offer a very warm 'Geordie' welcome to all our guests. Number 28 is situated in the heart of the picturesque Northumberland village of Warkworth. With its array of art galleries, restaurants and pubs, Warkworth is nestled in a loop, on the River Coquet, dominated by the impressive remains of Warkworth Castle and the mediaeval church of St Lawrence. Our accommodation comprises 2 newly refurbished double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, hospitality tray, Freeview TV, hairdryer, CD player and alarm clock. Our residents lounge provides internet access,Sky TV (sports & movies),Bose ipod Sound Dock ( which guests can take to bedroom), DVD and a fridge offering a selection of soft drinks, for a small contribution, with all proceeds going to The Royal National Institute for the Blind. In the dining room, guests will be served a home cooked breakfast from a selection of local produce. Guests are most welcome to take tea/coffee on our decking or patio after breakfast and explore two interesting gardens. Private parking is available within a minute's walk.
