Double/Twin RoomsThe Baytree has four spacious double rooms, two of which are on the ground floor. One of the ground floor double rooms can be converted into a twin room with two standard width zip link single beds (as shown). The two single beds can be joined to provide a 6 foot wide king sized bed (no gap).Family Rooms (Children 4 yrs - 13 yrs).Both family rooms are spacious and have en-suite facilities one of which is a superior room. The superior family room has a king size double bed and a set of bunk beds. The standard family room has a double bed and a single bed. BreakfastBreakfast is served in our well appointed dining room every morning and is included in the room tariff. There is a varied choice on the menu including cereals, fresh fruit juice, toast and preserves, a full English breakfast or a lighter option such as creamy scrambled eggs with smoked salmon.
