Location Nearest airport: Exeter Directions: By Car: From Bristol take the M5 which will then become the A38/M5 between Taunton and Exeter. At Exeter the road will then become the A30/A38/M5 which bypasses Exeter. Keep going, then take the A38 for Newton Abbot and Torquay. When you arrive at the Penn Inn roundabout in Newton Abbot follow the A3022 signs for Torquay. Traffic here can be quite busy and queues are likely. It can take approximately 20 minutes to 1/2 an hour from here. Remember in summer times will probably be longer. Once you get to Torre Station take the signs for Sea Front. Once at the Sea Front turn right and follow the signs for Livermead. You won't be able to miss us, we are on the main Torbay Road on Torquay Sea Front. By Train: After arriving at Torquay train station, simply take the road to your right, which will lead you to the seafront. Turn right again, and you will find us only a few minutes walk down the road in the direction of Paignton. By Coach: After alighting at Torquay coach station, simply cross the road and await a bus, either the 12 or 12A route. Ask for the Livermead stop, and you'll be dropped off just opposite the hotel. Alternatively there is a handy taxi service which operates directly from the coach station.
