Also 5 min walk to rail link. 15 min drive to NEC and Birmingham International Rail Link and Birmingham Airport. People who may be coming to see relativesfriends or businesses in the Solihull, Birmingham or NEC areas, or may simply need short term accommodation due to relocation or delayed purchase of property, may wish to use Sycamore House on a very short term basis instead of using self-catering establishments or staying in a hotel.
