Ideally located within a short distance of the town centre, the accommodation comprises 5 comfortable double rooms. Most have been recently redecorated and refurbished with new ensuites. One room also serves as a family room and can sleep two adults and two children. Each room has tea and coffee making facilities and colour TV. The rooms to the rear of property overlook the Cricket Ground and the entrance is only 100mts away. At the other side of the property only 200mts away is the very popular Indoor Bowls centre. For the families there is the North Bay Beach and Peasholm Park both of which are only a 5 minute walk away. The Town Centre and the South Bay beach along with the Castle and Harbour are only 10 minutes away on foot. Parking is not a problem, although we do not have private parking we supply 4 day permits for the road outside at a cost of £2 this is only to cover the cost of the permits which we have to buy from the Council. As the Town centre is so close it is easy to find a friendly Pub or a nice restaurant as Scarborough has plenty of both for all tastes. If you are coming by car then this opens up more things for you to see and do with Whitby only 18 miles to the north and Filey and Bridlington a few miles to the south. We have leaflets for all the surrounding attractions including Castles, Stately homes and concerts and shows so you are never short of something to see and do.
