We would like to welcome you to a relaxing stay at St Edmunds, a family run guest house with seven ample en-suite rooms and a south-facing lawned garden. Situated on the 'South West Coast Path', St. Edmunds House stands on the corner of Sands Road and Queens Road with a level walk of just 150 metres to the sea front and some 350 metres from Paignton town centre. Paignton is within easy reach of Torquay (by `bus and rail), Brixham and Dartmouth (via ferry across the River Dart). There are a whole host of activities and great places to visit on our doorstep, for which we would be happy to advise guests, including boat trips, cycling, golfing, walking and, of course, relaxing by the sea!An ideal base to explore Torbay, The English Riviera, and the South Devon coast. Whether it`s just a short break away, your anniversary, birthday we will ensure a pleasant stay. For that special occasion we can arrange for flowers upon arrival and/or a personalised celebration cake made on the premises. Accommodation is available throughout the year. N.B. From 21st to 28th December 2011 only Bed and Breakfast will be available. For Bank Holidays, a minimum stay of 2 consecutive nights (3 for the Easter weekend) is required.
