Holnicote House lies in a 12,500-acre estate in the Horner Valley, half a mile from Selworthy in Exmoor National Park. Just a short walk from the house is Dunkery Beacon, a vantage point over miles of heather and upland, with cliffs and beaches a short drive away. The house, designated as non-smoking, has 35 bedrooms located in the main building and attractive cottages in the grounds, equipped with a hairdryer, clock radio and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities. Flatscreen TVs are provided in the bedrooms. Non en-suite rooms are also available. A heated outdoor swimming pool is available for guests from May to September inclusive, as well as a putting green and croquet lawn. Indoors, guests can relax in the two lounges or bar.
