The Pig of Lead was formerly a public house and is situated on the outskirts of the beautiful village of Bonsall. Now offering bed breakfast accommodation with en-suite rooms. All the rooms have central heating, tea coffee making facilities and TV with teletext and DVD player. There is a guest sitting room with solid fuel stove to relax in at the end of the day. It is ideally situated within easy access to areas of local interest in the Derbyshire Dales and the Peak District. We have off road parking and secure parking if required. If you are a walker you can park your car for the week and find public footpaths in all directions on the doorstep. This is a family home with a friendly and informal atmosphere where we will endeavour to make your stay as relaxing and pleasant as possible. Opposite The Pig of Lead are Dunsley Meadows which are a small group of traditionally grazed fields on the west side between the woods and the valley bottom.
