All our rooms have en-suite showers, tea and coffee making facilities, a fridge with fresh milk and a digital television with freeview and a built in DVD.We have a wide range of DVDs that can be viewed. Bathrobes are provided, together with complimentary toiletries. Hairdryers are available rooms. A downstairs bathroom is also available for guests use. Spare pillows are available in the wardrobes. An iron and ironing board are available for guest use. We also offer BT open zone Wi-Fi. Children of all ages are welcome. A cot and highchair are available and guests are welcome to use our kitchen and microwave to warm bottles and food. We offer a varied Breakfast menu with vegetarian options using our own chickens eggs and local produce where available. We are quite flexible about breakfast times and can arrange an early breakfast if required. Breakfast is normally served in the conservatory, but there are also chairs and a coffee table, books and board games, all of which can be used. Guests can also watch a large screen television in our lounge and use our Playstation 3.There are a number of games available. In the lounge there are reclining leather sofas. We also have a large conservatory, leading onto a patio and garden, all of which guests are welcome to use. We have raised ornamental fish ponds, so young children must be watched at all times when in the garden. In the garden we have a games room where guests can play pool, table tennis or darts. Smoking is only permitted on the patio.
