Down Ende House is a Four diamond rated BB /Guest House situated in the beautiful Cornish countryside, just a few miles from the charming fishing villages of Looe and Polperro. An ideal base for touring Cornwall and visiting the many Nationl Trust properties, Eden Project and fabulous gardens such as Helegan open to all. Ideally situated only a few miles from the A38 near Liskeard, this is the main road into Cornwall on the South coast, St Austell 40mins, Newquay 60mins, Lands End 90mins depending on traffic. The house was built in the 1930's and stands in two acres of lawns and gardens. The front gardens are laid to lawn, with many local varieties of trees and shrubs. At the rear is the car parking area and the main entrance. A family run Guest House business, managed by your hosts - Teresa Andy Greenaway. We take pride in the high standards of service and BB accommodation we provide, always willing to offer advice on what to see and where to go it is easy to see why so many people arrive as guests and return as friends. We offer evening meals using locally sourced ingredients please contact us a few days before your visit to ensure your menu choices can be met and we are happy to cater for special diets with a little notice.
