The town is accessed adjacent to the A9 road approximately 70miles north of Perth and 43 miles south of Inverness. Kingussie has much to offer the outdoor enthusiast with activities such as climbing, rambling, pony trekking and skiing in the winter months, as well as a challenging 18 hole hillside golf course. The area is also popular with wildlife watchers and those interested in places of historic interest. There are five en-suite bedrooms including a ground floor family room suitable for assisted wheelchair access (one step at front door), a King-size Victorian Bedroom with roll top bath, a Four Poster Bedroom, a Double Bedroom and a Twin room, all with showers. The comfortable rooms are decorated to a high standard with FreeSat T.V., Wi-Fi, hair drier, tea and coffee making facilities, alarm clock, complimentary toileteries and fluffy white towels.
