Rosalind and Bob invite you to stay in their lovely, spacious Devon farmhouse. All rooms are light and airy, centrally heated with en-suite facilities and have glorious views of the Otter Valley. The family room, with double bed and two single beds, has plenty of space for a family of four and a large en suite shower room. There are two further rooms - one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. These rooms also have en suite shower facilities. A cot and highchair are available on request. Guests can sit and relax in the conservatory which has stunning views. Amenities include a colour television with Freeview and tea and coffee making facilities in each room. Each room has central heating, electric blankets, hairdryer and clock/radio. Courtmoor pond is spring fed and stocked with a variety of quality fish. Excellent coarse fishing for experienced anglers and beginners alike. The pond is stocked with carp, bream and tench. Fishing is only offered to guests of Courtmoor Farm. Rods available for hire.
