Constructed in 1890, this centrally-located Victorian Villa has bedrooms on all floors. All our bedrooms are gas centrally heated and most have en-suite facilities. The guesthouse is strictly non-smoking and all rooms have a full coffee and tea service and TV, many rooms are also equipped with hairdryers. A very select breakfast is served in our bright conservatory which offers, apart from a full Scottish breakfast, porridge, local kippers plus a range of home made salmon fish cakes, tattie scones and cheese, onion and potato grills.
