 Edinburgh First is the commercial arm of the University of Edinburgh’s Accommodation services. Accommodation at our Pollock Halls campus is available during the spring and summer university vacations.
The campus offers a wide variety of accommodation: single standard rooms, single en-suite rooms, double en-suite rooms and twin en-suite rooms.
Due to the volume of accommodation available at Pollock Halls we are able to accommodate large group bookings. There is in excess of 2000 bedrooms in total, comprising of 800 single standard rooms, 400 single en-suite rooms, 400 twin en-suite rooms and 200 double en-suite rooms.
The Edinburgh First Campus is located in the proximity of Holyrood Park in the city centre of Edinburgh- an approximate 45 minutes journey from Edinburgh International Airport and within easy walking distance to the city’s main attractions.
Cabled internet is available in all bedrooms and wireless internet access is available in various public areas.
All rooms are serviced daily and all linen is provided. All rates are inclusive of breakfast.
All of our B&B accommodation rates include full Scottish breakfast. This is served in our restaurant, at the John McIntyre Conference Centre.
Lunch and dinner are also available at the John McIntyre Conference Centre at an additional cost- this can be arranged on check-in.
