Farmhouse B&B and self-catering cottage in the heart of the countryside on the Devon/Somerset border on the edge of Exmoor National Park. Bed and Breakfast accommodation is in our 17th century farmhouse secluded in peaceful, quiet countryside and enjoys spectacular views over the valley beyond. Just 2 miles off the A396 at Exebridge and a short drive from Dulverton a small friendly Exmoor town with an interesting selection of gift shops, tea rooms, pubs and restaurants. The surrounding landscape is home to many wild animals including red deer, roe deer, badgers, foxes, buzzards, kestrels, to name but a few. Guests TV lounge with books, magazines and tourist literature for your information, inglenook fireplace with woodburning stove. A small fridge is available for guests. Non-smoking. Self-catering is a Grade II listed cottage quietly tucked away on our working farm, built with stone and cob and recently undergone renovation and refurbishment the cottage is extremely well equipped and offers the following facilities: Electric cooker and hob, Microwave, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, radio. Log burning stove, TV with Freeview and DVD player .Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms one with twin beds and the master bedroom with a 5ft bed plus a further smaller single room. Electricity, oil fired central heating and an initial supply of logs for the woodburner are included in the rent. Linen and towels are provided. Cot/highchair available.
