The new head chef Adrian, awarded in other countries for his food, is producing some excellent dishes and compliments are flowing in about the new menu. The Vale Hotel is at the southern gateway to the Cotswold water park which offers activities including sailing, waterjet skiing, fishing, horse riding and golf. We are 6 miles from Swindon and Cirencester for some great shopping trips, or you could take a walk through the rare fritillary fields.
