After about 11 miles branch left at Ashley Heath Roundabout, take 1st exit onto A338 (signposted Bournemouth). After approx. 6 miles turn left at Blackwater Junction onto B3073 (signposted Christchurch). Continue until Fountain roundabout and take 2nd exit onto Christchurch High Street. At the mini-roundabout take 1st exit and The Kings Hotel is on the left hand side.
