General Description | |
The hotel offers the guests a warm welcome to Brymbo, the traditional Bed and Breakfast, with its friendly, informal atmosphere. The home is a comfortable farm building conversion, warm in winter and cool in summer, set in tranquil surroundings in the beautiful Cotswold countryside, with a large garden and parking for visitors. Close to Stratford upon Avon, Broadway and Chipping Campden, with easy access to Oxford and Cheltenham, it provides an ideal base for exploring the Cotswolds, and visiting the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Unfortunately we are not suitable for guests without a car ? although the nearest shops, pubs and buses are only half a mile away, the road to the village has no pavement or street lights, so we do not recommend that the guests walk in that direction. Whether it is afternoon tea in the garden in summer, or by the log fire in the winter, or breakfast with local produce and homemade bread and preserves, we want the guests to enjoy their visit to this beautiful area of The Cotswolds. All accommodation is on the ground floor with full central heating; one of the sitting rooms has an open log fire and the other has panoramic views, whilst the breakfast room shares the views and enjoys the morning sunshine, subject to the English weather of course!!. A traditional or vegetarian cooked breakfast is available, with home made bread, the own preserves and eggs, and local farm produce. There is an extensive selection of local information and special tips on where to go and places to eat. If you stay 3 nights or more the hotel offers a complimentary four-wheel-drive tour showing you unusual and interesting places so you can return and explore further at your leisure. | |
