We decided our love of the place would be complete by offering others a good old Blackpool break, the Roachvale was purchased in 2004 and we embarked on updating the property. Now we are able to offer a warm welcome at the Roachvale where we hope to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. We offer clean and comfortable accommodation with 5 double rooms 2 family rooms that can accommodate 3/4. Over the years we have built up an enviable reputation with many of our guests returning each year, on occasions several times a year.
