The current Owner Fiona Gilchrist owns and operate the business on a day to day basis with Fiona looking after the front of house and Head Chef, Rob Baker running the kitchen. The restaurant has won accolades and awards including midlands food pub of the year 2007 and is recognised by the celiac society as a venue suitable for people with food intolerances and allergies. Fiona and her daughter are lactose intolerant and are therefore aware of what problems this can cause when eating out.
