The hotel offers 127 apartments in total and has a lobby area with 24-hour check-out service, lift access, a breakfast room and, for an additional fee, a car park and undercover parking garage.
The T1 and T2 category apartments are fully equipped with a kitchenette with fridge and microwave, a private bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC as well as a large living room with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 persons, table, chairs, desk, TV and telephone. The T2 category apartments are equipped with a kitchenette, a private bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and WC. The T2 apartments have a separate bedroom. A double or king-size bed, Internet access, washing machine, ironing set, individually regulated heating and a private balcony or terrace also feature in all accommodation units as standard.
The breakfast buffet has to be reserved the day before at the front desk. A continental breakfast is also served.
RER: Line A, alight at the Poissy stop. By car: from Paris take the A14 towards Poissy, then take exit 6 and continue on the D153. On arriving in Poissy, continue on the avenue Bon Roi St Louis. Then take the left turn onto rue Basset and then right into rue Jacob Courant.
The residence is open from Monday to Friday from 8 am to 12.30 pm and 3 pm to 7 pm, on Saturday form 8 am to midday and 2 pm to 4 pm. It is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. For all late arrivals, please contact the residence to obtain the codes.
