 With a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere, the residence offers guests economically furnished apartments in Nancy with customised services for stays from several days to several months. Built in 2003, the hotel comprises a total of 161 apartments. Facilities include a reception hall, lift access, a breakfast room and WLAN Internet access. There are also conference facilities on site, and guests may park their vehicles in the hotel car park (fees apply). A laundry service is on offer as well.
The apartment hotel is situated near to the Place Stanislas and the tramway. It is right at the heart of the new Canal de la Meurthe quarter with its marina, promenades, restaurants and new cinema complex. Saint Georges station is approximately a 5-minute walk from the hotel.
The furnished and fully equipped apartments accommodate 1 to 6 people. They feature sea horizon decor and offer warm and sophisticated living areas where guests will find comfort and relaxation. Each unit comes with a private bathroom with a hairdryer and a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. The bedrooms feature double beds. By tram: Take line 1 towards Essey, and alight at Saint Georges. Take a right after 50 m onto Boulevard d'Austrasie. Continue on for 100 m then take a right onto Rue des Chaligny. From the train station: 10 minutes by car. Head toward ?Sarreguemines', then Saint Max. By car: Head toward the centre of Nancy, then take the Rue National toward Sarreguemines. Head toward Stanislas-Meurthe, driving along the canal, and head toward Relais Tramway Saint Georges. The residence can be found after 100 m on the right-hand side.
The front desk is open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 12:30 pm and 3 to 7 pm; and Saturdays, 8 am to 12 noon and 2 to 4 pm. The front desk is closed on Sundays and bank holidays. For arrivals outside of front desk hours, please contact reception a few days in advance for arrival procedures.
