 This residence complex is located in Merignac, conveniently close to Bordeaux-Merignac airport, and is the ideal base from which to explore Aquitaine. It is only 8 km to the 18th century, historical centre of Bordeaux with its nightclubs and shops. Saint Emilion and Medoc with their world famous wine cellars are around 30 km away and the Atlantic Ocean is 60 km from the hotel. The Arcachon basin, Cap Ferret, Saint Emilion and the Dordogne may be explored easily from this residence.
The establishment comprises 180 apartments. Various facilities are available to guests including a lobby with lift and a breakfast room. For an additional fee, it is also possible to use the Internet access (fees apply) and laundry service. Parking is available in the hotel car park.
The apartments include an en suite bathroom, a kitchenette with a fridge, a microwave and a dishwasher and a direct dial telephone, Internet access (charges apply), satellite/ cable TV, a coffee machine, an iron and ironing board as well as individually adjustable heating and a terrace are provided in all accommodation as standard. The standard studios are around 20 m², and the large studios are 27 m². All lodgings offer modern and comfortable style.
The hotel grounds feature a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols which is open from April to October.
Breakfast is served to guests each day except Sunday.
If arriving via the motorway, turn off at the Aeroport or Centre Hotelier exit and follow signs to the hotel.
The reception is open Monday-Friday from 7.30 am to 12.30 pm and then from 2 pm to 10 pm. On Saturdays the reception desk is manned between 8 am and 12 midday as well as from 2 pm to 4 pm. The reception is closed on public holidays as well as on Sundays. Guests arriving outside these times should telephone the reception directly to obtain the access codes.
