The complex was build in 1992 and last reformed in 2005. It exists of 53 bungalows. The wide spread bungalows in a natural environment offers to the guests the oportunity to rest and relax. There is a reception open from 9h to 13h and from 16h to 20 where different languages are spoken. Also offered to the guests are a hall and salon with TV and Wireless internet. There is also laundry service and dry cleaning service (external) and the possibility to rent a car and / or towels.

The comlex is situated at only 50 metres from the beautiful beach of Son Xoriguer. At 250 metres you will find the lake of Calan Bosch where there are various shops, bars, restaurants etc. The closest city is Ciudadela at about 10 kilometre which you can reach by bus with the busstop at only 20 metres from the complex.

The 53 bungalows are of 1 or 2 bedrooms. The first ones are on the ground floor or as a duplex and the second ones always on the ground floor. They exist of a bedroom, living room and kitchen (with fridge, oven, vitro, dishes, cutlery, etc) and 1 or 2 bathrooms. Finished with authentical wood and with a big surface of respectively 60 and 80m2. All have a terrace of 8m2. It is posible to hire a safe deposite.

The outdoor swimmingpool is the centre of the complex surrounded by a garden the bungalows are comunicated by small paths. The complex offers a small fitness room with a rowing and running machine, steps, a bicicle and a treadmill (minimum age 18 years old). Tenis and paddle courts are found at only 50 metres distance.

The restaurant, bar and Spa are not available.
