 Location
The hotel is only 100 m from the beach and around 5 km from the centre of Ciudadelas. Links to the public transport network can be found within metres of the hotel. The airport is just 50 km away.
Facilities
The beach hotel was renovated in 2004 and consists of 5 floors and a total of 493 rooms of which 106 are singles and 387 are doubles. Facilities include a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk. Other facilities include a small supermarket, a shop, a hairdresser's salon, 2 bars, a TV room, an air-conditioned restaurant as well as a conference room, an Internet terminal, a car park and a garage. There is also a laundry service on offer for guests.
Rooms
All of the welcoming room are fitted with an en suite bathroom and a hairdryer. In addition, they are equipped with a direct dial telephone, an Internet connection, central heating, air conditioning, a minibar/ fridge, a hire safe and a balcony or a terrace.
Sports/Entertainment
The hotel offers guests a swimming pool, a snack/ poolbar as well as a sun terrace with loungers and parasols. Tennis, table tennis, basketball, as well as volleyball may all be played in the hotel and archery is also available. For an additional fee, guests are offered bicycles, mountain bikes, snooker, pool, minigolf and diving from the beach. The nearest golf course is 25 km from the hotel. There is also a varied seasonal programme on offer.

Misc.
Due to the new anti-smoking laws of Spain, the hotel has decided that as of the 1st of May, no smoking will be allowed inside the hotel. This leaves only the exterior areas such as terraces (of the bar Almirante and the bar Bitacore), pool area, parking etc. available for smoking.
