 The building was built in 2002 and adapted to the become a hotel in 2010. It comprises a 3 storey building with a total of 10 rooms. The hotel has a reception area with lift, open 24 h, living room, hotel safe and laundry service.
This charming hotel is situated in the center of the city, 5 min walk from the main monuments such as the Mezquita Cathedral, Palacio de Congresos, Roman Bridge, etc. Within a radius of 400 m, guests can find plenty of shops, bars and restaurants. There is a bus stop about 250 m away.
All rooms have a bathroom, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, direct dial telephone, wireless internet, central heating and a safe.
Currently, breakfast is not being served. But in the mini fridge of the rooms there are juices, smoothies and bottled water available for guests at no extra cost.
By road from the highway A4/E5 take exit 403 to the Plaza de Andalucia and follow the signs to the center of the city, Paseo de la Victoria, Ronda de los Tejares ave, calle Jose Cruz Conde, Calle Malaga. The hotel is located in the Plaza Pineda N-2. It is recommended to park the car public parking on the Paseo de la Victoria.
There is a public parking 250 m from the hotel at a cost and it is opened 24 h a day. Pets are not admitted. Reception and key collection is availabke 24 h.
