 Location
This modern complex is located in a quiet side street and is only 300 metres from the flat sandy beach. The nearest bus stop (300 metres away) offers a regular connection to the island's capital, Palma, which is 20 km away. The centre of Santa Ponsa is only minutes from the complex.

Built in 1975 and renovated in the year 2000, the complex is spread over two buildings, with 5-storeys and has a total of 581 rooms of which 52 are singles and 529 are doubles. The complex has a 24-hour reception service and 3 lifts. Dining options include a bar, an air-conditioned restaurant with a separate non-smoking area. A TV room is also available as well as parking facilities. A laundry service is also on offer.

The rooms are modern and tastefully furnished. They are fitted with an en suite bathroom, a telephone, a ceiling fan, air conditioning, central heating, central heating, a minibar (on request and for an additional fee), a balcony or a terrace and a safe.
