You can watch the grinding process of cereals, oil and mustard or visit the distillery, the old 17th century baking house and the hall with its collection of old rural tools. The combination of a historical and romantic half-timbered hotel building and a unique event gastronomy guarantees a pleasant and memorable stay. The extensive mill property comprises 4 romantic half-timbered houses. The particularity of this hotel is, that all accommodations were provided with modern amenities while maintaining the original character of the building. The Le Moulin restaurant is located in the vault cellar and will surprise you with a variety of culinary specialties.
