The Zancheng Hotel is just west of Chengzhan Square, 1 kilometers from West Lake and a 35-minute drive from the airport. The hotel has standard rooms and deluxe suites. On-site restaurants hold more than 1,000 people and serve both Chinese and Western foods. There are 14 guestrooms of various size.
A nightclub, luxury KTV, sauna center, bath center, card and chess room and ping pong room are available. Other facilities include a fitness center, supermarket, business center and a beauty salon.
Since its opening, the hotel has had the distinction of serving as site of both Zhejiang provincial government and Hangzhou government conferences. The hotel also regularly hosts large-scale financial and business conferences as well as individual tourists.
