This cluster of white buildings, only one mile south of San Pedro, is reminiscent of a little Greek hotel. Even the decks are painted white. This is a small homegrown hotel with a friendly staff and quality product.
Arrivals are given a welcome drink as they check in. The two-story building folds around a shallow pool. There is no restaurant, but a Continental breakfast is included and snacks are served at the palapa bar where guests gather for happy hour to exchange tour stories. A 20-minute walk to town holds several dining options. Using one of the complimentary bikes makes it even more convenient.
Accommodations vary, but most have wood floors and brightly painted cement walls with matching spreads and curtains. Standard rooms come with queen beds and suites feature kings. All are air-conditioned with ceiling fans, TVs, refrigerators, clocks, coffeemakers and safes, and come with shower-only baths.
