 Peppers Manor House is set on a beautiful Southern Highlands estate and provides an experience of life and leisure at one of Australia’s grand country houses. Built in 1926, the house was originally home to the Katers, a pioneering grazing family, and has retained its original country charm. During winter, an open fire burns continually in the Great Hall and in summer meals are served in a leafy courtyard with drinks by the pool.
